Wolf-Stuff: Wolfenstein SP Cheats
If the singleplayer of Wolfenstein is proving to be a bit too hard for you, or if your stuck, then you can try to solve it with one of the built-in cheats. All you have to do is to change your config a bit, no additional software is needed.
Along with this file, you get a small manual on how to make the graphics look a little better and how to activate an alternative blood-effect.
